Talent Recruit is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Relations Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Relation Office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Japanese clients in Malaysia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attend to Japanese members at hospitals during doctor consultations and health screenings as an interpreter.
  • Provide medical support including handling hospital procedures and insurance claims.
  • Assist with police reporting as an interpreter for Japanese customers involved in car accidents.
  • Handle documents and data input into the computer system in Japanese and English.
  • Offer general administrative and operational support for assigned tasks.
  • Answer phone calls, handle email correspondence, and perform ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

  • A minimum JLPT N2 & above certification.
  • Graduates from Japanese University are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in Japanese and good in English and Malay.
  • A high interest in Japanese culture and passion to learn and interact with Japanese clients.
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional standby shifts.
  • Overtime and travelling allowance provided for urgent cases.
  • A competitive salary starting from RM5,000 to RM7,000 per month.
  • Parking and travelling allowances available.
  • Medical insurance and regular health screenings included.
  • A yearly increment based on performance.
