As a key member, you will be responsible for liaising with various stakeholders, ensuring timely submission of management accounts, and performing daily data entry.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with auditor, banker, government authorities, supplier, customer, etc.
  • Ensure timely submission of management accounts.
  • Perform daily data entry for all accounting transactions and maintain real-time records.
  • Prepare and maintain daily accounting tasks, ensuring proper reconciliation and accuracy.
  • Ensure all documents are filed accordingly for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Check and review Official Receipts on a weekly basis to ensure transaction entries are accurate.
  • Monitor collections from customers with branch admin and sales team.
  • Prepare Weekly Reports (e.g. cash flow, bank reconciliation, debtor aging, etc.)
  • Monitor inventory in the SAP system and the physical count report.
  • Conduct branch audits periodically.
  • Ensure internal controls are in place via continuous monitoring and establish new controls where necessary.
Requirements:
  • Minimum LCCI, Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
  • Able to communicate with all levels.
  • Experience in preparing budgets, cash flow, and other management reports.
