Job Description

The Customer Acquisition Specialist focuses on driving sales growth by acquiring and developing customers, supporting revenue expansion, and fostering strong relationships to contribute to the company's sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and approach potential customers within targeted sectors (e.g., Horeca, food retail) and zones.
  2. Communicate the company's value proposition and expand the customer base.
  3. Manage a portfolio of assigned customers and work to meet KPIs like customer activity, visit frequency, and transaction growth.
  4. Engage regularly with customers through visits, calls, and digital communication.
Product Promotion & Support
  1. Share detailed product information, ensure stock availability, and maintain high service standards.
Feedback & Insight Sharing
  1. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to refine sales strategies.
  2. Participate in strategy sessions and contribute on-the-ground insights to support customer acquisition and engagement.
Customer Service
  1. Support in-store activities such as check-outs, order preparation, product loading, and delivery coordination as needed.
  2. Align with cross-functional campaigns, sharing relevant updates with customers and supporting marketing initiatives.
  3. Collect information on competitor pricing and products to help the team stay competitive.
SOP Adherence
  1. Follow department and store SOPs to ensure consistency and quality in all interactions.

This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills for effective customer engagement and support. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales environment.
