Business Development Manager

The AMH Group is a leader in Powder/Liquid Process & Packaging plant manufacturer, delivering customized solutions for production processes and high-tech automation systems. We specialize in designing, manufacturing, installing, and commissioning powder handling equipment and systems. Our services cover a wide range of systems, including mixing process, storage silos, bulk handling, dense phase conveying, and bulk storage/packaging.
This full-time on-site role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and utilizing negotiation and communication skills to drive results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Market research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and sales forecasting
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry is a plus
