Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and undertake system/business requirements studies (URS) exercise with business/end-user.
  • Analyse business/user requirement and produce Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Functional Specification Document (FSD).
  • Prepare system Test Case/Script based on sign-off BRD/FSD.
  • Assist in performing system testing and quality check.
  • Conduct research and analysis to come up with business solutions.
  • Participate in discussions to evaluate and review projects with technical team members when required.
  • Ensure all mandatory project/request documents are properly signed-off and documented.
  • Liaise with system development team to investigate reported issues/system bugs and identify root cause.
  • Prepare system user manual and provide user training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field.
  • 2-5 years of related working experience.
  • Proactive, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Able to work independently and interact with all stakeholders.
  • Experience in financial institutions or exposure in financial applications will be an added advantage.
