  • Provide functional support to the business as part of SAP L1 Support in Finance, Accounting, Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Industry business streams.
  • Collect business requirements and identify gaps, issues, and workarounds.
  • Investigate problems and provide solutions with HQ/Global Teams.
  • Offer training and user support when needed.
  • Create documentation for system designs.
  • Organize test cases.
  • Prepare training guides and user manuals.
  • Integrate other Business Application Systems into the ERP System.
  • Collaborate on project activities with HQ/Global Teams and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Higher degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years' experience in SAP S/4 Hana modules (SD, MM, FI) in the consumer electronics sales industry, preferably holding an SAP S/4 Hana proficiency/training certificate.
