Your Key Responsibilities- Lead Workday implementations, ensuring timely and successful adoption of solutions by our partners.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Design and test Workday systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure functionality and quality.
- Provide training and ongoing support to ensure seamless system usage and adoption.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARTNERS AND STAKEHOLDERS.
- Stay updated on Workday updates and industry best practices to recommend enhancements and improvements.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Organizational Development, or Human Resources. A minimum of 2 years of experience working on Workday projects is required, with knowledge and experience in configuring Workday or other SaaS HR/Cloud solutions. Workday certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
