">This role involves providing expert technical support for database platforms, ensuring operational efficiency and security for Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, and DB2 databases. The successful candidate will lead a team of skilled professionals in a dynamic enterprise setting.
You will oversee the implementation of our service request, incident, change, release, and patch management process. Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of database maintenance, patching, hardening, and service requests.
You will play a key role in Priority 1 and 2 Incidents by guiding your team to recover from Database-related issues.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.">
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle and Microsoft database administration.">
- Possession of Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification is advantageous.">
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and teamwork ethos.">
- Ability to drive improvement and adapt to change.">
