Revenue Development Associate

As a Revenue Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving delegate sales revenue and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in telesales, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

You will be responsible for contacting existing and prospective clients, generating new leads, and delivering persuasive sales talks to promote event tickets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

In addition to your sales skills, you should be able to provide exceptional customer service, explain event details, address inquiries, and support clients throughout the sales process.

About the Role

  • Drive delegate sales revenue and identify new business opportunities.
  • Contact existing and prospective clients via phone or email to generate delegate sales for events.
  • Build new leads and secure additional sales by identifying potential clients.
  • Deliver persuasive sales talks to promote event tickets, highlighting key value propositions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining event details, addressing inquiries, and supporting clients throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records in the registration system.

About You

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in telesales with sales targets required.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
