**Job Overview**

The Head of Sales, Middle Market reports to the Head, Middle Market under the Commercial Banking segment and is responsible for developing and executing business development plans to drive the growth of profitable corporate relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales acquisitions and performance tracking to meet business objectives.
  • Possess good knowledge of the competitive market landscape in which the Bank's clients operate.
  • Demonstrate overall portfolio and asset quality management skills.
  • Collaborate with product sales support to optimize upsell/cross-sell ratio of clients.
  • Lead and develop high-performing Relationship Management teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university is preferred.
  • Passionate and experienced in driving the growth of an SME business segment nationwide.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence across all levels of business.
  • Ability to independently drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
