Customer Support:
  • Prepare SAP quotations and tender/bidding documents for the Sales Manager.
  • Arrange and follow up on sample requests from customers.
  • Set up new projects, onboard customers, and create accounts.
  • Follow up on trial proposals and other customer requests for additional product requirements.

Risk Management:
  • Work with the commercial team to manage customer credit exposure and credit limits.
  • Ensure customer contracts are executed according to their validity.

Complaint Management:
  • Follow up with internal departments to manage customer complaints and ensure timely responses.
  • Collaborate with different functions and departments to drive improvement and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or Business related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce upgrades and successful integration preferred.
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
  • Ability to maintain Salesforce databases.
