Job Overview

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for installing, testing, configuring, troubleshooting, fixing & data restoration on hardware, software, and networking systems.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Duties:
  • Perform machine setup, troubleshooting & analysis for Company's Products at client's premises.
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages
  • Monitor network performance (availability, latency etc.) and test for weaknesses
  • Provide advice on the most suitable IT solution
  • Troubleshooting, fixing of network and software issues.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot & solving technical issues when they arise.
  • Prepare and review all Service Level and Operation Metrics and KPI scorecards for service delivery.
  • Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software.
  • Assess system performance and recommend improvements.
  • To draft job scopes related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
