We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Support Team Lead to join our team at Allianz Popular SL. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of support staff to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of support staff to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Performance Management: Manage team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree: Possess a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Leadership Experience: Have at least 2 years of leadership experience in a related field, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Language Skills: Speak and write fluently in English and Malay, with Mandarin language skills an added advantage.
