At Great Eastern, we are committed to delivering unique customer experiences through our loyalty programs. As a Customer Loyalty Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing marketing communications activities that drive customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and develop engaging artworks / visuals for different communication channels
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for contents with copywriting
  • Develop and execute Digital and social media engagement contents
  • Execute and manage merchant activities - merchant sponsorships, acquisition of Hero Offers, organizing roadshows and events
  • Plan and execute merchant education, drive usage of mobile apps and merchant reporting
  • Execute the development of merchant marketing collaterals with advertising agencies
  • Assist in content and campaign management on merchant offers for Great Eastern Rewards App and e-newsletters
  • Execute and manage corporate merchant activities – sponsorships, roadshows, workshops and events
  • Plan, manage and execute Great Eastern Rewards Campaign setup and testing of campaign in MLEB system
