We are seeking an Assistance Role to support our team in customer management, focusing on creating and resolving customer cases, delivering exceptional customer care, and assisting with process documentation and workflow management.

Responsibilities
  • Initiating, tracking, and reviewing tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Developing comprehensive customer support strategies and executing them effectively.
  • Scheduling appointments and documenting their content using an Enterprise Resource Planning System.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They should possess strong organizational skills, project management abilities, and proficiency in working with Large Language Models (LLMs). Additional requirements include familiarity with ERPNext or similar systems and experience with ticketing systems like Odoo, Flectra, OpenERP, or SuiteCRM.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management and coordination skills, including proficiency in working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Must-Have Skills
  • Familiarity with ERPNext or similar systems (NetSuite, Odoo, Acumatica, Sage etc.)
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Odoo, Flectra, OpenERP, or SuiteCRM.
  • Proficient in LLMs, with the ability to create prompts and understand output.
  • Excellent professional communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Very good English skills, both written and oral, as well as flexibility and independence in a team environment.
