We are seeking a skilled Client Growth Specialist to join our team at Hong Kong Fiduciary Association Limited.
About the Position- This is a senior-level role, requiring significant experience in trust services and banking/financial services, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.
- The successful candidate will develop and execute effective strategies to grow the client base, focusing on internal referrals, marketing leads, and self-generated opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives, milestones, and timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, news, and trends, sharing knowledge and expertise with clients and team members.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely submission and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in trust services and banking/financial services, preferably in a senior role.
- Proven sales and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and build strong client relationships.
