Job Summary

  • Negotiate and manage the documentation of product specifications to maintain clear and accurate records.
  • Prepare preliminary proposal drawings and specifications for new opportunities, showcasing our company's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Analyze manufacturing process data to ensure adherence to product specifications. Identify and investigate non-compliance issues through failure analysis and experimentation, driving corrective actions to maintain quality.
  • Work collaboratively with customers and internal process teams to address product performance issues throughout the product lifecycle, from qualification to obsolescence.
  • Generate and maintain design rules for new technology nodes to guide product development and ensure consistency.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance product cost and performance, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in an Engineering/Electronics or in a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working in Engineering
  • Experience in Product Engineering, Product Quality, or Product Design required
  • Knowledge of Li-ion battery technology is highly desired
  • Experience with SPC, data systems
  • Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
  • Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
