This role is for a seasoned retail professional who will lead the Fendi boutique to success by implementing strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance store operations. The ideal candidate has at least 8-10 years of experience in the luxury retail industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
The successful candidate will have a strong business acumen, be result-driven, goal-oriented, and possess commercial creativity. They will be proficient in MS Office, CRM, and retail tools, with prior experience in building strong client relationships and delivering client-centric solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Business Performance Management- Monitor and achieve store performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring timely implementation of improvement plans.
- Conduct daily briefings to provide team members with a condensed overview of the business, reinforce sales floor behaviors, and assign action plans.
- Manage quality of customer service to meet customer expectations and develop loyal Fendi customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clientele and new customers.
- Motivate and challenge team members to achieve assigned sales targets and assign day-to-day tasks.
- Ensure consistency in team performance through monthly touch bases and daily coaching.
- Review and submit sales and operational reports to management, adhering to company policies and KPIs.
- Inform management of decisions and procedures relating to business made at the store level and any staff issues.
