The Role

You will drive global growth through machine learning products as the leader of our Artificial Intelligence Platform Services (AIPS) team. Your expertise will inform business decisions, and you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, propose, and build AI-based solutions improving product outcomes.
  • Conduct evaluations to compare AI-based feature variants.
  • Be a technical reference on core AI topics for the team.
  • Lead or contribute to AI projects achieving strategic priorities.
  • Break down problems, estimate activities, and propose alternatives to overcome obstacles.
  • Resolve impediments by liaising with Engineering and Project Management functions.
  • Work with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Strategy, and Commercial teams to address challenging business problems.

AIPS has a matrix structure where your direct line manager acts as a coach and technical mentor, but your day-to-day activity is determined by squad priorities.
