Job Description

MVC Resources is seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor - M&E to oversee the execution of M&E works on our construction sites. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the M&E team, ensuring all works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Inspect and test M&E systems and components to confirm functionality, performance, and compliance with industry standards, identifying defects or non-conformities and implementing corrective actions promptly.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in M&E works, preferably in construction site environments.
  • Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools for reviewing and managing M&E drawings.
