We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial part in driving our HR strategy and ensuring the seamless management of our valued employees.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to business leaders to support decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a consulting or generalist HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide pragmatic solutions to complex HR challenges.
  • Proficient in HR data analysis and reporting.
