Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable to optimize cash flow and minimize risks.
  • Lead the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
  • Collaborate with the treasury team to optimize cash flow and manage financial risks.
  • Ensure the validity of existing agreements and manage their administration.
  • Coordinate operational and administrative improvement projects in Finance to optimize the company's operations.
  • Ensure and control the compliance of local and corporate policies and procedures through internal audit.
  • Ensure correctness of tax calculations and payments, and further improve the structure of the company to gain future tax benefits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or ACCA.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance / Controlling.
  • Experience in integration projects and project management.
  • 7 years of management experience.
  • Preferably experienced working abroad within the APAC region.
