Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory and Store Management Assistant to join our team at SP Energy Sdn Bhd.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities in the store, with a focus on receiving spare parts accurately.
  2. Verify the quantity of received items against documents before capturing them in the system, reporting any discrepancies to the Manager for immediate correction.
  3. Maintain accurate records of all store item movements in the system on a daily basis.
  4. Apply FIFO concepts to ensure proper stock rotation.
  5. Record repair parts information in the system.
  6. Conduct regular stock counts and prepare variance reports for the Manager, proposing corrective actions to minimize recurring variances.
  7. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of store goods and facilities at all times.
  8. Implement and maintain the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in the store.
