You will be responsible for serving as the subject matter expert on Fintonia's products, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed. This includes responding to Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), RFI/RFPs, and client inquiries, as well as preparing and maintaining marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Expertise and Management:
    • Serve as the subject matter expert on Fintonia's products, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed.
    • Respond to Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), RFI/RFPs, and client inquiries.
    • Prepare and maintain marketing materials, including client presentations, fact sheets, and reports.
    • Regularly review and refine product messaging to align with market positioning and competitive landscape.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis:
    • Conduct competitor benchmarking on fees, performance, and features.
    • Perform relative performance analysis of products to identify areas of improvement and highlight strengths.
    • Monitor industry trends to ensure products remain competitive and innovative.
  • Product Development:
    • Research and develop proposals for new investment products, based on market demand and strategic priorities.
    • Collaborate with investment, operations, and compliance teams to design and launch new products.
    • Oversee the lifecycle management of existing products, ensuring they remain relevant and aligned with client needs.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Support:
    • Work closely with the sales team, equipping them with product knowledge and tools for client pitches.
    • Partner with compliance and operations to ensure product alignment with regulatory and operational standards.
    • Support the investments team with data and insights to refine product offerings.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to improve workflows for product development and management.
    • Develop and maintain a library of responses and materials for efficient DDQ and RFP management.
