Key Responsibilities
  • Wholesale Finance Operations:
  1. Ensure timely updates on wholesale collections and posting of billing documents in SAP.
  2. Prepare reminder letters for overdue balances in Accounts Receivable and send monthly statements to wholesale customers.
  3. Generate AR Aging Reports for management and Maison review, including credit limit reviews for wholesale customers.
  4. Process non-trade credit notes to business partners and Richemont subsidiaries.
  5. Reconcile sub-ledger balances to general ledger balances.
  6. Manage dealer distribution agreements and maintain records.
  7. Lead Master Data Governance, reviewing customer master data creations, modifications, and deletions according to Richemont policies and procedures.
Retail Finance Operations:
  1. Supervise the team to perform and monitor finance operations related to retail and e-commerce businesses.
  2. Perform month-end account closing and financial reporting, including sales settlement and customer refunds.
  3. Liaise with external partners such as auditors, credit card companies, and landlords for disputes and boutique activities.
  4. Develop and maintain a control framework to ensure achievement of KPIs/SLAs for Brands and Finance Department.
  5. Review monthly or quarterly reporting to Brands and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Boutique Review and Control:
  1. Conduct operational reviews and compliance training for boutiques.
  2. Work closely with Brands, Compliance, and other RRF teams to tighten retail operation controls.
  3. Communicate with Brand Retail Management and monitor implementation of improvement plans.
  4. Coordinate with Compliance to address/control process-related issues.
  5. Ensure Anti-Money Laundering compliance and requirements are respected.
Team Development:
  1. Establish a proper team structure to support retail and e-commerce finance operations.
  2. Develop the team to have more operations control/audit senses without compromising customer-centricity.
