Position: SAP Consultant/SAP ABAP Developer/SAP PI Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Consultant to join our team at EISmartwork Sdn. Bhd. as a key member of our Engineering Design and Information Management department. As a SAP Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering APMS-SAP Integration Implementation projects, working closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks within SAP data structures and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reporting to the SAP Project Lead, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
  2. Develop, configure, and implement SAP solutions (SAP Functional, ABAP, or PI) to support integration between Asset Performance Management Systems (APMS) and SAP.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and IT teams, to ensure the smooth integration of APMS into the SAP environment.
  4. Provide expertise on SAP data structures, business processes, and technical design requirements to ensure system effectiveness.
  5. Support data migration activities, including extracting, transforming, and loading data between systems.
  6. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of SAP processes to ensure data accuracy and system performance.
  7. Assist in continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for automation and optimization within SAP workflows and integrations.
  8. Document technical specifications, functional requirements, and system designs.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience with SAP modules relevant to the position (ABAP, PI, or other SAP Functional roles).
  3. Knowledge of SAP data structures and integration processes.
  4. Strong understanding of business processes related to asset management, supply chain, or maintenance.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  6. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams.
  7. Knowledge of SAP integration tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO) and SAP ABAP development is a plus.
  8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
