Customer Service Advocate

This role at Hiredly X involves providing top-notch support to customers over the phone, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. As a key member of our team, you will also play a crucial part in promoting our mobile app and insurance products, while working collaboratively with a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform administrative tasks, including managing mailboxes and responding to customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
- Promote our mobile app to non-users, increasing the number of transactions and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Conduct telesales for our insurance products, focusing on Auto and Credit Life policies.
- Assist with relief functions during team absences, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Diploma or degree in any field.
- At least one year of experience in customer service.
- Effective multitasking, fast learning capabilities, and strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
