Job Overview:

VIDA Digital Identity seeks a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through strategic outreach and engagement.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for lead generation and conversion.

  • Manage a robust sales pipeline by setting up qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and interactions in the CRM system.

  • Communicate the value proposition of our products and services to prospective clients.

Requirements:
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is beneficial but not required.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

    • Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot) and other sales tools.

    • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry and the company's products/services is an asset.
