Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resource Associate to join our team at Tech Harvest Capital. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the management of employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Employee Relations:
    • Handle employee inquiries and complaints related to HR policies and processes;
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters;
    • Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  2. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding;
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies;
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent and develop interview questions.
  3. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies;
    • Prepare and submit reports on HR-related matters;
    • Assist with research on employment law and related agency updates.
  4. Communication and Collaboration:
    • Develop and implement effective communication plans;
    • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives;
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or its equivalent;
  2. Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in HR will be an added advantage;
  3. Well versed with Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act and other related legislation;
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
  5. Good communication skills (written and oral) in English & Bahasa Malaysia;
  6. Good interpersonal skills and able to deal with all levels of employees;
  7. Initiative, resourceful and self-motivated;
  8. Able to work independently and a team player;
  9. Applicant must be willing to work at Batu Kawan, Penang.
