Requirements & Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Possess a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation skills.
  • Skill Set: Strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis), attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry.
  • Additional Requirements: Understanding of procurement processes and best practices, knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in procurement, familiarity with procurement software or Oracle systems is a plus.
  • Language Proficiency: Required language: ZHONG WEN (HUA YU), English, Malay.
