We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Professional to join our team at TIME's Group. As an Executive, Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from pre-contract to post-contract, ensuring that all contracts are accurate, complete, and meet the company's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Development: Assist in the development of project budgets and cost plans, ensuring that all costs are accurately estimated and accounted for.
  • Value Engineering: Assist in value engineering and cost comparison on design to deliver cost optimization, ensuring that the company achieves the best possible value for its investments.
  • Contract Administration: Ensure that all contracts are accurately prepared, reviewed, and approved, including Letters of Appointment, Letters of Reward, and Contracts to Consultants and Contractors.
  • Payment and Invoicing: Prepare Interim Payment Certificates, site meetings, site valuations, and Variation Orders, ensuring that all payments are made on time and in accordance with the contract terms.
  • Contract Closure: Ensure that the closing of Final Accounts and Variation Orders are finalized within 6 months upon completion and within budget, ensuring that all contracts are properly closed and accounted for.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of Consultants and Contractors throughout the project, ensuring that they meet the company's expectations and deliver high-quality work.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Fresh graduate or minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity or developer firm.
  • Skills: Knowledge of computer-aided measurement software (e.g. Cost-X or Glodon) is an advantage. Good interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work independently.
