Key Responsibilities
This position entails a range of responsibilities, including equipment strategy development, reliability modeling, predictive maintenance, and technical support. The successful candidate will work closely with project reliability and engineering teams to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations. Additionally, the individual will provide input to a risk management plan that anticipates reliability-related and non-reliability-related risks that could adversely impact plant operation.

Qualifications
A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, reliability engineering, electrical, instrumentation engineering, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience in refinery or petrochemical or upstream oil and gas facilities environment. Background or experience in maintenance and execution systems, familiarity with maintenance management systems such as SAP, and having supported major turnarounds/shutdowns will be highly valued.
