  5. Providing benefits data analytics advisory
  6. Designing and executing health and wellness strategies
  7. Pursuing opportunities to articulate Aon's Global Benefits and broader benefits consulting offering to the market
  8. Collaborating on business development opportunities with Global or Regional Sales teams

This role requires close working relationships across the firm, within both Global Benefits and Health & Benefits, as well as colleagues from Human Capital and Risk Capital teams.
