About the Role


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to join our team at Marks Food Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate documentation.



Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring accurate information is provided.
Documentation Management: Maintain and organize documentation and filing, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Administrative Support: Perform additional ad-hoc tasks and duties as needed to support the team and business operations.

Requirements

Qualifications: Preferably candidates with diploma or equivalent; a certification in Accounting is highly desirable.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
Fresh Graduates: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Languages: Strong communication skills in English; Chinese/Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.
Computer Skills: Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with different levels of management and customers.
