Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Lead to join our team at Allianz Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing operational projects, programs, and improvement plans assigned by the Head of Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To conduct business scoping with business users and develop user requirements for sign-off.
  • To review documented user requirements with business users and obtain proper signed-off documents.
  • Participate in projects in accordance with project management principles and methodologies as a business analyst.
  • Develop, maintain, and upgrade documentation specific to business analysts.
  • Ensure personal development for self-improvement and build positive working relationships within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Business analyst skill set, including documenting business requirements, analyzing requirements, etc., with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • GI domain knowledge, such as product development, underwriting, claims, finance, and regulatory-related areas, is an added advantage.
  • Experience working with IT technical staff (inclusive of vendors) and business stakeholders.
  • Able to propose solutions or workarounds.
  • IT technical experience is an added advantage.
  • Preferably with working experience in digital/data analysis projects.
