  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronic Engineering or any equivalent degree.
  • 5-8 years of working experience in a related field (preferably in quality engineering).
  • Proven ability to work productively with individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization.
  • Experience in quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC, MSA, etc.), quality management system (ISO), and basic GR&R knowledge.
  • Experience in developing First Article Inspection Reports and PPAP development.
  • Able to use measurement tools such as CMM, Profile Projector, etc.
  • Able to perform internal audits and ensure compliance in the manufacturing process flow.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.).
  • Able to work in a fast-moving environment and deliver results accordingly.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers.
