Job Description

As a Digital Transformation Consultant at ABeam Consulting Malaysia, you will play a key role in assisting clients in transforming their businesses to enhance efficiency and productivity through the utilization of digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead/support organizations' initiatives in digital transformation, including automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI).
  • Analyze and optimize business processes using tools such as Power Automate and Process Advisor.
  • Implement DevOps practice in organizations to streamline application development processes and automate maintenance operations.
  • Communicate with clients/users, understand requirements, design/develop solutions.
  • Support presales activities, including conducting Proof of Concept and setting up demo environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience with tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Process Advisor, Power Platform, UiPath, BluePrism, SharePoint, Azure/AWS DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, LoadRunner, JUnit, JMeter, Qualtrics, Celonis, Signavio, SAC, iRPA, AppGyver, Mendix, K2, ZenDesk, Amazon Connect.
  • 1-2 years' experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP.
  • 1-2 years' experience with application design/development/test/deploy/maintenance.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
