Employee Relations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Employee Relations Manager to join our HR team at奏乙何. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.

Main Responsibilities- Employee Relations Advice: Provide strategic advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Employee Communication: Develop and implement effective employee communication strategies to promote positive employee relationships and engagement.
- Performance Management: Coordinate the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluation.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve employee conflicts and disputes in a fair and equitable manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and adherence to policies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to handle various HR responsibilities efficiently.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
