Support Services Coordinator

Virtuos Kuala Lumpur is a dynamic and innovative company that prides itself on pushing the boundaries of possibility. We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team, who can provide comprehensive administrative support, manage office operations, and coordinate events.
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing office facilities and equipment, acting as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers, and assisting with recruitment candidate interview setup, employee onboarding and offboarding processes, invoice processing and expense tracking, and event coordination.
You will need to have excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities- General Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations.
- Manage office facilities and equipment.
- Act as primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers.
- Office licensing renewals with authorities.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications.
- Maintain filing systems.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Finance and Procurement Support:
- Assist with invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Liaise with the finance department.
- Maintain accurate records of office expenditures.
- Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and coordination of company events.
- Arrange logistics and other event-related services.
