Business Operations Support Professional

Persol Apac Business Support Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Business Operations Support Professional to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of business operations by meeting quality and customer service expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily operation support / administration activities
* Manage all administrative tasks including pre-payroll support, employee and contractor mobilization, purchase orders, and business license-related matters
* Work closely with account manager and/or customer on pre-payroll support function
* Ensure all candidate data and time & attendance records are accurate and updated in a timely manner
* Manage issues towards resolution in a collaborative and timely manner
Requirements:
* Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
* At least 2 years' experience in business or operations support role/HR generalist experience
* Strong client service expertise and delivery focus
* Proficient in MS Office and Excel
* Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
* Meticulous attention to detail
