We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing and Corporate professional to join our team at Malaysianbar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling complex conveyancing and corporate matters, providing exceptional client service, and working closely with our lawyers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle conveyancing and corporate files, including sub-sale SPA & loan files, developers' projects SPA & loans, and other conveyancing matters such as perfection of transfer/charge, discharge of charge.
  • Liaise with clients, bankers, agents, developers, and governmental bodies with utmost professionalism.
  • Monitor progress and update clients on file status.
  • Attend to the instructions of Partner/superior/lawyers.
  • Supervise and monitor works done by conveyancing clerks/juniors.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-7 years of experience in Conveyancing/Corporate matters (for lawyer).
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good written and communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia, able to speak in Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • Mature, able to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • A team player, initiative, willing to learn, hardworking, responsible, meticulous, able to follow instructions, work independently, and multi-task.
  • Good personality and positive working attitude.
  • Must have own transport and willing to travel and attend signings on weekends/Public Holiday (if required).
  • Possess sense of commitment and dedication to job responsibilities.
  • Preferably Chinese speaking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least SPM level.
  • Positive leadership skills.
