This Payables and Reconciliation Coordinator role involves managing the payables function, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing. If you have strong numerical skills and excellent communication abilities, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process supplier/intercompany invoices, netting AP/netting modifications, and bank reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payables.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Possess relevant qualification in accounting or finance (minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia/Diploma).
  • At least 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using AutoCount and Microsoft Office applications.
