About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Change & Enablement Engagement & Training Lead to join our team at Standard Chartered. In this role, you'll play a critical part in driving business change and ensuring its successful implementation.

You'll work closely with our Change and Enablement (C&E) Network to develop and deliver structured training, knowledge, and communications campaigns. This will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to identify change impacts and develop solutions to mitigate them.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering training programs to support business change;
  • Conducting change analysis to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies;
  • Collaborating with change specialists and business stakeholders to support effective delivery of business change;
  • Coordinating change management activities to support project delivery.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong organisational change management skills and/or prior training and learning experience;
  • Experience in Strategic Change Management is highly desired;
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt style and language to a specific audience;
  • Confidence with the language of technology and system development;
  • Ability to interpret how/where technical changes will create real-life learning impacts for the end user;
  • Experience of training design for systems and process;
  • Knowledge and practical application of training theory.
