Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Executive to join our team at Always Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms, running phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and organizing tests with suitable candidates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with experience in full cycle recruiting and familiarity with hiring practices and stages. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and post job advertisements on social media and websites
  • Run phone screenings and schedule interviews with suitable candidates
  • Organize interviews and tests with shortlisted candidates
  • Source suitable candidates via job ads, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and select the right candidates for available positions
  • Be a good team player and contribute to the success of the organization

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Admin/Business Studies/Administration/Management/Human Resource or related field
  • Experience in full cycle recruiting
  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
