At Watsons Malaysia, we're on the lookout for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Process Improvement Lead.

A successful candidate will possess at least a degree in accounting or auditing and hold relevant professional qualifications. They should also have strong experience in leading internal audit and risk management assignments, with a proven track record of utilizing data analytics to drive audits.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with at least 10 years of experience in internal/external audit, including 3 years in a managerial role. A background in business process improvement advisory and retail/warehouse operation audits would be highly advantageous.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent interpersonal, presentation, and report writing skills, as well as independence in dealing with senior stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
