Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in food safety and hygiene. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Food Science or equivalent certification and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also have experience as a hygiene officer in a hotel or similar establishment and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum two to three years' experience as a hygiene officer in a hotel or similar establishment.
  • Bachelor of Food Science or equivalent certification.
  • HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) certification.
  • Train the Trainers - Facilitator certification.
