This Financial Markets Analyst role involves managing the pricing and trading processes for Equity and Fixed Income products on FNZ platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate pricing, setting up trading instruments, and maintaining instrument controls.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Pricing Accuracy: Ensure that pricing for Equity and Fixed Income products within FNZ platforms are true and accurate.
  2. Trading Instrument Setup: Set up and maintain trading instruments for reporting, trading, and valuation.
  3. Instrument Control: Maintain instrument controls and conduct regular exception reporting.
  4. Communication: Communicate effectively to necessary parties in a timely manner to resolve untimely, inconsistent, and potentially erroneous pricing issues.
  5. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with market data providers, custodians, brokers, and third parties to promote communication and resolve service level issues.
  6. Transparency: Maintain records and log issues to ensure the pricing and instrument maintenance processes are transparent to regulators and external auditors.
  7. System Use: Make effective use of the Company's information systems relevant to the role.
  8. Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks to ensure all work is completed on time and within agreed Operational deadlines and client contractual requirements.
  9. Operational Support: Support operational staff to ensure the highest possible KPI targets are achieved.
  10. Documentation: Update and maintain procedure and checklist documentation as required.
  11. Process Enhancement: Collaborate on projects and enhancements for process efficiency and business controls.
  12. Project Contribution: Participate in the team's contribution to project work which may involve the roll out of new business or user acceptance testing for enhancements to our back-office.
