Talent Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our factories meet the highest standards of social and product compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial validation reviews at new factories to assess their compliance status.
  • Perform ongoing factory reviews to identify compliance violations, determine root causes, and work with the factory to develop a Corrective Action Plan.
  • Collaborate with factory personnel to implement system-wide processes and forms to address deficiencies in factory management.
  • Train factory personnel on proper procedures and document completion and retention.
  • Guide factories in implementing social compliance audit processes and customer audit protocols.
  • Ensure factories meet US Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) requirements.
  • Maintain day-to-day communication with the Supervisor and respond to overseas communications within 24 hours.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in social compliance, factory/security audits.
  • Experience with RBA/SA8000, ISO9000, and ISO14000 certificates is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin for communication with China and Hong Kong counterparts.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask.
  • Extensive travel across Muar may be required.
