Human Resources Manager

Manage and oversee operations of HR department
- Oversee full spectrum of HR function, including recruitment, payroll, learning and development, performance appraisal, staff engagement, off boarding
- Evaluate external market conditions and internal employees trends to recommend changes to the recruitment and reward strategies
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy
- Review procedures and policies to suggest improvements with emphasis on governance and internal controls and the subsequent implementation
- Manage recruitment and training needs
- Develop and formalise performance appraisal procedures.
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Prepare monthly salary analysis report
- Review and submit all government survey and statistics
- Responsible for compliance with statutory requirements
- Provides support and guidance when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise
**Requirements**:
- Degree or specialist diploma in Human Resources
- Minimally 5 years of relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR practices
- Familiar with government initiatives relate to HR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
