**HR Manager Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee the Day to Day HR functions
2. Recruitment & Selection: Involves in the screening, shortlisting, interviewing and hiring processes. Hiring comes together with the proposed remuneration package.
3. Employees Relations (ER) : Implement and preaching cross functional team work and engagement.
4. Indutrial Relations (IR) : Handles/undertakes IR issues or escalation in accordance to the Employment Law.
5. Supports on monthly payroll computation and ensuring according to Statutory compliances.
6. Review and conducts market research on Com & Ben as ensuring Employees welfare and benefits commensurate with the current Employment practise.
7. Training & Development : Assuring the continuous and tapping rooms of Employees development.
8. Supports Hospitality Arm on HR functions like recruitment, IR and potential training(s).
9. Any other task which maybe assigned by Support Function HOD and or Management.Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
